Throughout my career as a personal trainer, I’ve worked with individuals at many different stages of their health and fitness journey. One thing I’ve consistently seen is that many people don’t struggle because they lack motivation — they struggle because they lack clear structure, practical guidance, and consistent accountability.
My coaching approach focuses on structured strength training, practical nutrition habits, and sustainable lifestyle changes that help clients improve their energy, build strength, and create lasting results without extreme diets or unrealistic workout routines.
I’m an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and I also hold a Diploma in Sport Science. Through TRQ Fitness, my goal is to help clients improve their health, build strength, and develop habits they can maintain for life.
